SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Most in-stock orders ship out within 5 business days.

  • “Business days” means Monday–Friday and does not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
    If an item is on backorder or preorder, we will make a reasonable effort to communicate expected timing.

2. Transit Time
Transit time (the time the package spends with the carrier) depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your delivery address. Typical carrier timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, weather, volume spikes, customs, strikes, etc. are outside our control.
Once the order is scanned in by the carrier, we will provide tracking so you can follow delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We currently offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on qualifying orders of $79.99 or more (after discounts and before tax).

  • Orders below $79.99 will see shipping costs calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Oversized / heavyweight / bulk orders may be excluded from free shipping. We will call out any exceptions before you submit payment.
    We may run promotional shipping offers from time to time. If we do, the promo terms will apply only for the stated period.

4. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Ownership & Risk of Loss
Once we hand your order to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. If the tracking shows “delivered,” but you believe you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first and then contact us. We’ll try to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement in every case.

6. International Shipping (if offered)
If we offer shipping outside the U.S., you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges assessed by your local authorities. We cannot predict or control these fees.
Delays at customs are outside our control.

7. Order Changes / Cancellations
We start working on your order quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@playwitharti.com as fast as possible with your order number and request.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it. In that case, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
