WARRANTY POLICY
ARTI Pickleball
Last updated: October 27, 2025
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
ARTI Pickleball (“ARTI,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects on ARTI pickleball paddles and select accessories.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal playability or basic function of the product.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications.
2. Who Is Covered
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product, with proof of purchase from ARTI or an authorized ARTI retailer. It is not transferable.
3. Warranty Period
-
Paddles: ARTI paddles are covered for 6 months (180 days) from the original delivery date against manufacturing defects.
-
Bags / accessories / apparel: Covered only for early workmanship defects (stitching failures, hardware failure, etc.) reported within 30 days of delivery.
-
Pickleball balls: No warranty. Balls are considered consumable items that naturally wear out, crack, lose bounce, or go out of round with play. This is normal use and is not covered.
After the warranty period ends (or where no warranty applies), normal wear and tear, performance changes, cosmetic marks, etc. are considered normal use and are not covered.
We reserve the right to determine whether an issue is a manufacturing defect or normal wear.
4. What Is Considered a Manufacturing Defect
Examples of issues that may qualify (case by case):
-
Paddle core separating from the face under normal use
-
Handle or grip area separating from the paddle body under normal use
-
Major structural cracking not caused by impact with the ground, fence, other paddles, etc.
-
Hardware or stitching on gear failing immediately under normal, intended use
5. What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
-
Pickleball balls (no warranty on balls at all; they are consumables)
-
Normal cosmetic wear (scuffs, scratches, fading, chips in paint/graphics, edge guard rash, small dents from play)
-
Surface texture wearing down over time
-
Dead spots, soft spots, or loss of pop caused by heavy play over time
-
Damage from hitting the ground, net post, fence, other paddles, etc.
-
Heat damage (for example: leaving the paddle in a hot car)
-
Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
-
Warping or cracking caused by abuse, slamming, throwing, etc.
-
Unauthorized modifications, customization, or repairs
-
Products purchased from non-authorized resellers, third-party auction sites, secondhand/used marketplaces, etc.
We also do not warranty items that were given for free (promotional / giveaway / sample units), unless we specifically state otherwise in writing.
6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To start a claim, email hello@playwitharti.com with ALL of the following:
-
Your full name
-
Order number or dated proof of purchase
-
Product name / model / color
-
Clear photos of the issue (front, back, close-up of the problem)
-
Brief description of what happened and when it started
We may request additional photos or ask you to ship the item to us for inspection. Please do not throw the product away until we confirm the outcome.
7. Evaluation Process
Once we receive your claim, we’ll review it and decide, at our sole discretion, whether the issue is:
-
A confirmed manufacturing defect within the warranty period, or
-
Normal wear / misuse / not covered
If it’s approved as a valid warranty claim, we will choose one of the following remedies at our option:
-
Repair the product
-
Replace the product with the same model or a comparable model (color/style may vary)
-
Issue store credit or a partial refund
If we determine it’s not covered, we’ll let you know why.
8. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
In most cases, you are responsible for getting the product to us for evaluation.
If we confirm a valid manufacturing defect under this warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement back to you.
If we determine it’s not covered, we will not reimburse shipping.
9. Limitation of Warranty / Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
-
This limited warranty is the only express warranty we provide.
-
We do not make any other promises, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
-
ARTI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of play time, tournament fees, etc.).
Some regions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
