When promoting ARTI on any platform, you must clearly disclose the relationship in line with FTC guidelines. Use tags such as #ad, #ARTIPartner, or your platform's built-in disclosure tool. No exceptions - even one undisclosed post puts your account at risk and damages the brand's credibility.

Your discount code is for the people who follow you and trust your recommendations. Do not share it on public coupon aggregators (RetailMeNot, Honey, Slickdeals), comparison sites, public deal forums, or comparable channels. Codes posted in public will be deactivated immediately.

Make no false claims about ARTI's products. Stick to USAPA-certified facts and your own real experience. Comparative claims that disparage other brands by name are not permitted. If you're unsure whether a claim is supported, ask us before posting.

Use only the brand assets we provide in the Partner Resources area. Do not create mock-ups featuring the ARTI logo on products we don't manufacture, photoshop our paddles onto other surfaces, or alter our brand assets. Original lifestyle photos and videos you create using real ARTI products are welcome.

Respond to ARTI communications within seven (7) business days. Our official Partner channel is hello@playwitharti.com. If you'll be unavailable (travel, tournaments, personal leave), let us know in advance. Repeated non-response can lead to deactivation.

Tell us about any active or pending partnerships with any other paddle brand. Exclusivity is not required - transparency is. Undisclosed competitor relationships may end the Partnership.
